HAPPY SPRING

Geesh a lot can happen in five months. Sam is still with us. We are getting closer to his six month birthdate, and when we can have legal representation to fight for our parental rights if he were to be removed from our care by the placing agency. We have all grown so attached to him, it's hard to imagine what life would be like without him here. Since my last post we celebrated Christmas, three birthdays, and Easter. Jeffrey and Sam have had Chicken Pox, Sam had RSV, and got rotavirus from the vacciene. We have staretd spring soccer season, and Taylor is again on the middle school track team. We only have five and a half weeks left for this school year, and everyone has spring fever. We are currently building the mother of all jungle gyms in the back yard. it towers higher than our garage, and has two decks, a ginormous slide, and swings etc. There is a company located in KC which was having a close out on this particular model and had it marked at 50% off the normal price. Too good a deal to pass up. Hope everyone is doing well. More soon (I Hope!)

lots of new stuff

Thanks for the update and pictures of Sam. Also, I want to say thank you to everyone for coming to our Halloween/Mom's Birthday party. We had a great time. I hope all of you did, too. If anyone got any pictures I would love to see them. We had Ryan's "hippie" party last Saturday. It was a lot of fun. Hopefully I can get a couple pictures up this weekend. Looking forward to seeing everyone on Sunday.

Also, Ryan is once again involved in the tech/crew for the school play. If anyone wants to come it will be next week Nov 20-22 at 7:00 each night. This year it is a musical.

Sam I am!

Our family has grown once again. Say hello to the newest member Sam, short for Samuel actually. Sam weighed in at 6 and a half pounds at birth and was 19 inches long. Two weeks later he is now up to 8 pounds, and is measuring 19 1/2 inches.

parade

Kadee's dance parade was Saturday. The weather was perfect and she had such a good time. She thought that everyone was there to see her. Of course she did have a few people there to see her. Grandma and Grandpa came and brought Lauren and Grace. It was fun to see the 3 girls together after Kadee was finished walking. We watched the rest of the parade together and collected candy.

We enjoyed going to Taylor's game last night. We all had a good time. Wish we could have got together for dinner afterwards but Ryan had 2 tests to study for. He is doing so good in school this year. He has found a new level of confidence in school and I think that is really helping with his success. Of course he is confident in everything else. I read a paper he wrote this year about himself. He said that everyone is so nice to him becasue he is attractive and dresses nice and the world is nicer to "pretty people". So, I have to assume he is confident outside of school. I am so glad he has developed that academically. He seems so much happier. I am so proud of how well he is doing. Kadee is doing well also and we look forward to her walking in the parade this weekend. Hope the weather will be nice.

Soccer pics to share

Hi Everyone- We got all the soccer orders done, and the pictures started pouring in last weekend. I had a lot of fun packaging all those orders. I got some help from a friend one day. Thanks Roni! I thought I might post the pics of the three little ones since they seem to get left out of all my football posting and the photos there. Let's see, Jeffrey is 7, and his team has purple shirts, their team is what else? The Wildcats! Dana is 9 and Cody is 8. They are on the same team their shirts are purple also. Their team is the Purple Panthers! So, enjoy the photos and see ya all soon.
